This series bearing has envelope dimensions of 1-1/8x 2-1/2x 5/8. It is made of chrome steel. The suffix “ZZ” signifies the bearing is shielded, with metal, on both sides. The suffix “2RS” signifies the bearing is sealed, with rubber, on both sides. Generally speaking, shielded bearings are more practical in cleaner, high-speed applications, while the sealed bearings are more practical for applications of slower speeds and dirtier environments. These bearings are self-lubricated, making them virtually maintenance free.

Looking for RS and Z Series?
